"Casa da Sogra" is the home of D. Márcia. She, who helped build the house 20 years ago, has now renovated and refurbished the space, which is constantly being improved. And it was so cozy, but SO cozy, that she decided that more people NEEDED to know about it. This is how Casa da Sogra was born. Located a 5-minute drive from the center of Penedo and less than 4 km from the main waterfalls, surrounded by lots of greenery and the fresh air of the interior, Casa da Sogra will undoubtedly meet your expectations. The space Casa da Sogra is functional and pleasant, in a very unpretentious way. All designed to be comfortable and clean. It has parking for two cars, a covered balcony with a portable barbecue, a hammock and a two-seater sofa. In the living room, bright and airy, 5-seat sofa, laminate flooring, 42-inch LED TV already with Netflix and, of course, Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, a reinforced glass door and shower stall. Dining room with laminate flooring, tiled wall, cabinet with basic kitchen items, microwave and table with glass top, super hygienic. Kitchen with stove, blender, air-fryer, dishes and utensils exclusively for guests, as well as a refrigerator with freezer (you can bring your items or buy the products we offer). There is also a huge window overlooking Nariz da Índia, one of our natural wonders. In Bedroom 1, a double bed, part of the closet available, a safe, a work desk and a standing fan. In Bedroom 2, king-size bed, single bed, part of the closet available and ceiling fan. In Bedroom 3, two single beds, ceiling fan and two large racks.
