Our seafront Villa is very well located in Pipa beach. @CasaBeiraMarPipa is fully furnished and equipped. Few steps away from the most visited avenue in Pipa, where there the largest concentration of the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All this provides two advantages to our guests: enjoy a beachfront house with a stunning panoramic view and be within walking distance to the best places without needing transportation. Certainly the best location to fully enjoy the day and night. The space The @CasaBeiraMarPipa 's rooms are pretty cozy. There are several plants and flowers outside. A part of the house was built with wood like a cottage. The interiors and exteriors have a rustic and refined decoration. All this combined with the beautiful view to the beach provide a feeling of tranquility and contact with nature. Guest access The villa will be entirely yours. You can use the kitchen or laundry or whatever you want. The villa has: * Large balconies with a astonish panoramic view to the beach * Private pool; * Kitchen equipped with basic items (refrigerator with freezer, 4 burners stove with mid size oven, toaster, blender, microwave oven, etc.); * Dining room and Living room with TV; * One balcony has a charcoal grill; * 4 bedrooms with air conditioner; * Laundry area with laundry machine; * Garage Wireless internet access (Wifi) available in all rooms. Other things to note The villa has beds to 12 people distributed in the 4 bedrooms (3 king size and 6 single beds). We can rearrange these beds according to our guests needs. To accommodate over 12 people, there are room in the bedrooms to use hammocks and / or mattresses on the floor, which gives to our guests the option of accommodating more people in these 4 bedrooms (but we do not provide hammocks or extra mattresses / air mattresses).
