Upon arrival, please contact our caretaker to ensure the gate is opened for your entry. Once inside the compound, you’ll find the parking area located right in front of the villa for your convenience. Guests are expected to tidy up after themselves during their stay. Our caretakers provide fresh towels, soap, and shampoo upon arrival. For longer stays (over two nights), we can arrange a change of linens and towels upon request. If our caretakers aren’t immediately on-site, they may be running errands for the property, thank you for your kind understanding. 👩‍🍳 You may also hire our caretakers to help with cooking, cleaning, and general housekeeping for an additional fee. Kindly message us in advance if you’d like to arrange this service. ⸻ 🧼 CLEANING   • Please leave the unit in a tidy condition at checkout.    – Wash used dishes    – Throw away trash    – Wipe spills   • Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. ⸻ 🚗 PARKING   • Please avoid parking directly under mango and coconut trees.   • It’s natural for fruits to fall during the season and they can cause damage.   • We won’t be responsible for any incidents, thank you for understanding and helping keep things safe. • EV Charging is not available at the property. ⚡️🔋 ⸻ 🐾 PETS • Pets are 300 each Airbnb's automatic checkout does not multiply the fee for multiple pets, guests bringing more than 1 pet will receive a manual payment request for the additional animals.   • Pets must always be leashed when walking outside the villa. • Pets are required to wear diapers inside the villa   • Please clean up after them at all times. • Kindly note that any stains or damages caused by pets will be subject to a corresponding charge. ⸻ 🍳 KITCHEN   • Pots and pans are available for your use.   • Please note that cooking oil and condiments are not provided. ⸻ 🧍‍♂️ STAFF QUARTERS   • Separate driver and maid quarters are available.   • Please note they will need to bring their own linens and toiletries. ⸻ 🌊 OTHER INFO   • Living by the sea is beautiful, although the salty air and sulfur in the water can be tough on items and the home.   • Things like metal, electronics, and appliances tend to wear out or rust faster because of the moisture, salt, and sulfur in the air.   • It’s a natural effect of the environment, and we do our best to maintain everything regularly.   • Occasional power outages may occur, which are beyond our control.   • A small generator is available for emergency use and supports:    – Electrical outlets    – TVs, Internet, and Lights    – (2) Water pumps and pressure tank    – (1) Aircon in the living room    – Refrigerator   • Please note that our caretaker will need to rest or make necessary adjustments in voltage or power consumption for the generator after extended use to ensure it continues functioning properly.   • If guests override this or operate the generator without approval, any resulting damage will be charged accordingly. 🏝️ BEACH CLEANING • We conduct routine beach clean-ups to maintain the shoreline. Kindly note that debris carried in by storms, tides, or natural ocean activity is considered a natural coastal occurrence and may appear unexpectedly.
