The space Modern home with open kitchen, dining room and living room. There is one primary bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser, and a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a tile shower. The guest bedrooms each have queen size beds and closets. The guest bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The living room has two spacious, reclining couches and a large TV. There is a dining room table and seating at the kitchen island. This home has a 3 car garage and plenty of parking. It also features a sliding glass door opening to a large deck in the fully fenced in backyard. The backyard is very private and perfect for pets! This is a family friendly house with a pack & play/travel crib included as well as dinnerware for children. The backyard is securely fenced in for pets and children to play outside. CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; a pooper scooper is located in the garage. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets.
