Nestled in the serene backwaters of Mararikulam, this stylish duplex homestay puts you just 3 km from the golden sands of Marari Beach and 11 km from the famous Alappuzha Beach — giving you the best of coastal Kerala at your doorstep. The Space: This beautifully maintained duplex features 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 on the ground floor - All AC), two living rooms with plush sofa seating, a Smart TV with DTH, dedicated dining areas, and a lush outdoor garden. Relax on the terrace sit-out or drift on the charming indoor swing — small details that make a big difference. Eat Well: Homemade meals and fresh seafood specialties are available from our own restaurant, just 2 kms away. Our fish varieties — including Karimeen, Prawns, Neymeen, and more — are farmed right on the property. Unique Experiences: Book an authentic Kalaripayattu massage at the MVG CVN Kalari Centre (4 km away) for relief from neck, back, and body pain. Back at the property, a Shikara boat ride (up to 7 guests, 1 hour) lets you glide through Kerala's iconic backwaters. A brand-new indoor/outdoor stadium just 100 m away offers badminton and volleyball for the active guests. Practical Comfort: 60 Mbps Wi-Fi, RO purified water, inverter backup (8–10 hrs), EV charging, washing machine (extra charges), daily housekeeping available, and pet-friendly too. Perfect for couples, families, groups, and digital nomads. Guest access PROPERTY SPACE DETAILS Your Space: You have two individual AC rooms on the ground floor with attached washrooms. It can accommodate 7 pax maximum. The whole villa: A spacious duplex homestay with 4 bedrooms (currently 3 functional), 2 full living rooms, and private balcony access on the first floor. Bedrooms include queen and king size beds with attached or dedicated bathrooms, split AC in all rooms, and Smart TV in the shared 1st floor living room. We can provide extra mattresses in all 3 rooms to accommodate extra people. Shared kitchen facilities are exclusively yours when the full property is booked. Guest Access: Full access to the entire property — all bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, terrace sit-out, outdoor garden, balcony, and fish farm at the rear. Kitchen usage available at an additional charge based on use. Other Things to Note: Kitchen use is available at an extra charge of 300rs for all 3 meals cooking. Washing machine use is ₹200/load. Shikara ride pricing: ₹800 (weekdays) / ₹1,000 (weekends) for up to 5 guests; extra guests at ₹300 each (max 7). Please keep pets off beds and bring their own bedding and bowls. Do not leave pets alone on the property. Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are not currently installed — guests are advised to take note. You can visit our Fish Farm which is back side to the property, and can see all the fishes we breed Kitchen is a shared one. One kitchen inside and one outside. For both rooms on the ground floor, the two kitchens can be used. Ground floor washrooms are attached inside the rooms.
