Phoenix on the Bay 1-1114 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the first floor with beautiful views of the lazy river and full amenities. Unit features: • Access to the balcony from the living area and primary bedroom • Tile flooring in living areas; vinyl plank in bedrooms • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need from your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are two barstools for additional seating. • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out • Boat launch and fish cleaning station on-site; boat slips available to rent ($25–$60/day), trailer parking $5/night (first-come, first-served) • Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each + tax, limited to 2 per unit.
