Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, including your family dog! Fenced backyard with dining deck and fun swing (seasonal) yard shared w/next door unit. Enjoy comfortable seating while watching or gaming on the large Smart TV. This is a newly renovated space that has a crib and bunk beds for the kiddos or two couples can share. Very convenient to shopping and every eatery you can imagine, close to the freeway and between two major universities- BYU and UVU. The space This is a 1940 WWII housing that was moved to a foundation many years ago. It has all the characteristics of an older home with it's creaking floors and such, but it has new plumbing and wiring throughout, new flooring, new windows, roof, siding and HVAC. As with all homes, some quirks are still there. Because of HVAC's location, it can be louder than you're use to in a more modern home, but just turn your movie or music up. Being cool or warm is well worth the sound. I'm trying to provide a clean, cozy, safe space at less than the cost of a hotel. I hope my guests appreciate this private spot where you can cook a meal. Guest access You have exclusive use of your side of this duplex, but will be sharing the backyard if the other side is occupied. Your seating on the deck under a lovely shade tree is also only for you. Other things to note The renter behind has two dogs. One is very yappy. Be aware the little guy will bark at everyone anything. Just ignore it. They seem to bring him in at night.
