This charming bungalow sleeps 4 and has walking beach access to beautiful Coquina Beach and the Instracoastal Waterway. Relax at the tropical pool, grill fresh seafood or stroll to local restaurants. Perfect for a beachy getaway, where every detail inspires relaxation and barefoot bliss. The space The space features luxurious bohemian coastal decor with natural textures and airy design. Living room/dining room, kitchen and bath have all been recently remodeled and are ready for island cooking and cocktails. There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa and a queen sized bed in the master. Overhead fans supply a gentle breeze in addition to efficient air conditioners to cool each room to your perfect temp. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is fresh and updated. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and two types of coffee makers. Relax with smart TV, WiFi, board games and cards. Surrounding the bungalow is lush, tropical foliage. It is a serene and natural surrounding. Perfect for your island getaway. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the resort amenities such as the gorgeous pool and loungers, grilling/picnic stations, fishing pier and walking paths. Guests have access to PRIVATE BEACHFRONT with chairs and umbrella supplied. Beach gear is located in the enclosed storage behind the unit. There you will find a beach cart for your convenience and to tote anything you'd like to bring to the beach. We have supplied some toys and a beach mat. There is parking in front of the unit for one car. Dogs are not allowed on the beachfront, the pier or in the pool area. Other things to note We want you to feel right at home! Please check in any time after 4pm, on your own schedule, with our smart lock. We've stocked the space with starter essentials, coffee paper goods, basic toiletries and some beach gear so you can pack light. Space is limited so we do leave out towels and washcloths/face cloths for each guest, but for longer stays, there are local laundromats for your convenience. Enjoy all of the amenities of the resort including pool, beach access with chairs, fishing pier and grilling stations. We provide a 'starter kit' of essentials to make sure you have all you need when you arrive. You will find some coffee/tea, biscuits, cream and sugar, bathroom essentials and some household items. If you are staying for a longer period or should require other items, there are several stores just a short drive away. We're just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, so you can ditch the car and live the island life barefoot and carefree. We are dog friendly (limit 2) 25lbs and under each, for a non refundable $100 deposit. We just ask that you clean up after your furry guests.
