LAKESIDE AT COONGULLA

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home sits on the banks of Lake Glenmaggie in Coongulla. It is set up like a home away from home with all things needed for a great holiday. Sit back & relax on the back deck while enjoying the view of the lake or have some fun swimming, kayaking, fishing or boating on the water. For land activities there's dirt bike & mountain bike tracks near by as well as 4WD & walking tracks. There is plenty of room to park cars & trailers in the front yard. There are kayaks (4 adult & 4 junior) at the house for your use (BYO life jackets & towels for the lake). The house is located in Ryans Cove with direct access to the lake. Please check water levels before your stay as the water level does change & the lake level can vary due to it being a lake which provides irrigation & drinking water to local farmers & communities. All linen provided (bedding & towels). The house is on a sloped block & does have stairs (please refer to photos) All shopping amenities, petrol stations, cafes & pubs are located within a 10 minute drive located in Heyfield or in Maffra about a 20minute drive. If your after a meal The Railway Hotel in Heyfield is about a 10 minute drive or The Farmers Arms Hotel in Newry is about a 15-20 minute drive, Tinamba hotel is about 15 minutes drive. There's also Blue Gables Winery, which is about a 5 minute drive & has some great wood fired pizzas & wine, please check open times for all. There is a key safe onsite for easy access. Please note that the garage & downstairs storage room is not included in your stay, they will be locked along with a few cupboards inside.
