Welcome to Hilltop Retreat, a luxury countryside estate nestled in Northumberland County, east of Toronto. Our renovated 7000+ sq/ft, 5-bedroom mansion offers an exquisite experience with an indoor pool, bar, hot tub, a range of premium amenities, and features stunning panoramic vistas overlooking Rice Lake. Outdoors, the sprawling 2 acre property invites you to savour nature at its finest. The perfect blend of luxury and adventure, offering a unique getaway experience to recharge you! The space The home offers a balance of open-concept living and comfortable, separated sleeping areas, ideal for families and mature groups. The upper level features a spacious living area, full kitchen, and dining space for gathering and shared meals on the BBQ deck. Bedrooms are spread throughout the home to provide both privacy and convenience. On the lower level, enjoy year-round access to the indoor pool and hot tub, fitness, along with outdoor space surrounded by nature for a quiet, secluded feel. Guest access Guests are welcomed to use the entire property at their discretion, within guidelines. Access code will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note GENERAL: • Guests beyond 10 are an additional $40/night per person, must be approved. No additional sleeping arrangements provide. • Only registered guests are welcome at the property. Day guests are allowed with prior notice. • Dogs are $60/pet per night, to a max of 2 dogs. No other pets or wildlife. • Guests are encouraged to obtain independent or travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events. • Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. AMENITIES: • Pool and hot tub available year-round. Temperature may vary slightly depending on weather and usage. • Water is potable, but bottled is recommended. • Children are not to operate exercise equipment.
