We are ⬇️ - 4 minutes from UNAG - 2 minutes from Teletón - 3 minutes from the mall - 5 minutes from downtown 📍 Gas stations in the area 📍Supermarkets in the area Medical 📍venue 📍Fast food in the area Guest access It is a studio apartment with no shared areas other than the parking lot and laundry area. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We are flexible at check-in time as long as we do not have a checkout scheduled for the same day. We are three blocks from the pavement, the main road that leads to UNAG. Other things to note • •High-speed WiFi. • Parking available. • Invoicing with RTN and CAI for those who require it. • Safe and quiet environment Eventually there may be power outages and we do not have an electric generator. * We have well water but if there is no power there is no water. For these (rare) situations we have a battery outside.
