Bring your family to this wonderful home and enjoy ample space and exciting activities. The space This is a very spacious and quiet detached villa with a swimming pool. The villa has three floors, six bedrooms, and six bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 adults. Cribs can be provided free of charge if needed (please inform us one day in advance). The two bedrooms on the third floor share a bathroom and are interconnected. The villa is located in Villa 2 of Laguna Park, a community of detached villas with comprehensive property management and security systems, ensuring a quiet and safe environment. First Floor: Spacious living room, bright dining room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom with two 1.2-meter single beds. There is an 8m x 3.5m private swimming pool outdoors (accessible directly from the living room). The pool features a daily circulating filtration system to ensure pure water quality for a worry-free swim during your vacation. The adjacent garden features beach chairs and an outdoor shower area, allowing you and your family and friends to enjoy the pleasures of a tropical island vacation villa. There is also a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. ◉Second Floor: Bright living room and three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a 1.8-meter-wide double bed, and two guest bedrooms each have a 1.5-meter-wide double bed. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. ◉ Third Floor: Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one bedroom with a 1.8-meter-wide double bed, another bedroom with two 1.2-meter-wide single beds, and a rooftop terrace for stargazing. ◉ Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are performed every Tuesday and Friday. Please keep the courtyard gate open. ◉ Friendly Reminder: This villa community is quiet. Therefore, 9 PM to 7 AM is the quiet period. Please abide by the community rules during this time. Playing games, playing music, and making noise are prohibited. Violators will be penalized and evicted. Guest access The facilities and equipment in the entire villa are exclusively for your use Other things to note 1. During your stay, if you encounter any accommodation-related issues, we will make every effort to rectify all problems promptly. Maintenance will be carried out as soon as we receive your notification. 2. ⚠️ Electricity Fee Reminder: 【Electricity is not included in the room rate】 A daily electricity prepayment of 800 THB is required (the average daily electricity cost is about 600-800 THB). We will collect an electricity deposit upon your check-in (our staff will record the real-time electricity meter reading at check-in and check-out). The Thai government's electricity tariff is 7 THB per kilowatt-hour. We will settle the actual electricity consumption upon your check-out, and refund the balance or collect the extra amount accordingly. 3. Water Fee: Complimentary Due to the platform system only providing a general address range, we will send the exact address to the villa gate 2 days prior to your check-in. Please verify it carefully. Failure to use Google Maps for location may result in a deviation from the actual address. 4. Internet Fee: Complimentary 5. In addition, we offer a paid star chef on-site cooking service: 2000 THB per meal for less than 6 people, 3000 THB per meal for more than 6 people (ingredient costs are reimbursed at actual price). 6. Crib and high chair (complimentary): Please notify us 2 days in advance if needed. 7. Extra Cleaning Service: 2000 THB per time 8. Check-in & Check-out Time: Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 12:00 noon. However, we offer flexibility when possible. If the next guest is not waiting at the property, we are happy to provide a few extra hours free of charge. 9. Outdoor barbecue equipment is provided complimentary. Please inform us before 6:00 PM, and we will arrange a maid to prepare it for you. 10. No smoking is allowed indoors in the villa (smoking is permitted outdoors). No pets are allowed. A fine of 5000 THB will be imposed for violations. Any activities that violate Thai laws are strictly prohibited in the villa. 11. If you need to delay your check-out, please consult us one day in advance. We are happy to offer a free late check-out if there is no subsequent guest waiting. If no agreement on free late check-out is reached, a late fee of 1000 THB per hour will be charged. 12. Please send us a message promptly for any needs and communicate with us, and we will reply to you as soon as possible. 13. You need to purchase consumables by yourself once they are used up. 14. Important Note: Thailand’s sewerage system is poorly equipped. Do not flush paper towels down the toilet; please dispose of them in the trash can. 15. Occasional power outages may occur due to Thailand's government electricity supply, which is beyond our control. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. 16. This is a high-end private community. Please keep the volume down from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM. A fine of 5000 THB per time will be charged if excessive noise leads to complaints. Thank you for reading!
