Our apartment is on the 4th floor and is very cozy with natural ventilation from the sea. A well-divided space with distinct, comfortable and well-lit rooms. For sleeping, we have comfortable beds with clean clothes and BlackOut on the windows to darken the rooms - here the sun rises first! On the balcony, you can relax in a hammock, feeling the sea breeze! We have the social elevator practically at the door of the AP for your convenience. The space Our Apartment is UNIQUE! Living Room/Kitchen + Balcony - 4th Floor; All in porcelain and Planned Furniture; 1 Social Bedroom + Social Bathroom; 1 Suite Room with a view of the SEA; Smart TV and appliances in general and kitchen accessories. Our care with BED AND BATH LINEN: Always clean! Internet: Tely - Excellent! Guest access We offer 1 parking space, ROTATING model. Rotating: that is, put your car in any available space (and we always have spaces). We have a multitude of attractions nearby: restaurants, bars, shops, a fair, markets and EVERYTHING! Other things to note Our Check-in (3 p.m.) and Check-out (11 a.m.) times, even if determined in the listing, can be discussed for flexibility according to the time and dynamics of the preparation. Our AP is set up for 4 guests. We have space for extra guests and provide a mattress and bed and bath linens. We charge R$ 50.00/day for each extra guest. COMPLIANCE WITH THE LUXOR TAMBAÚ REGULATIONS Guests are required to comply with the LUXOR TAMBAÚ INTERNAL REGULATIONS (available in the apartment and in PDF sent to the person responsible for the reservation), being held responsible in case of non-compliance and application of FINES. The Luxor Tambaú Pools and JACUZZI are CLOSED every Monday for MAINTENANCE. They are reopened only on Tuesday. CAUTION: We will charge for the consumption of ELECTRICITY used in the period. The amount is R$ 1.00 per Kwh, which will be charged at check-out.
