Located in the Sun Capital of Puerto Rico, this Lovely Private Beach house is at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Gazebo with BBQ, nearby restaurants, and ferries to PR smaller islands. 10 min Rain Forest 25 min Airport This private house is right by the ocean. The space The house is right by the ocean; the house is meant to enjoy the outdoors because the yard has a constant fresh breeze, hammocks, a gazebo with a BBQ, and space to play. The house has two air conditioner units, one in each bedroom on the 1st floor. The rest of the house has ceiling fans, floor fans, and a constant fresh ocean breeze. The house is priced low because we only want eco-friendly guests who value nature and community over luxury resort living. The interior of the house is small. Therefore, a maximum of 6-7 guests are staying per booking, and no parties are allowed. Our next-door neighbor is a local family that makes coconut oil and harvests almonds from the trees in the area. There's shopping nearby, such as Super Market Amigo and Walgreens. There are many restaurants and fun beach rentals, such as jet ski, hiking, and surfers' Beach La Pared, which is only 3 miles away. Long walks on the beach. El Balneario de Luquillo is only a 5-minute walk. Great location! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The 1st floor -1 queen size bedroom with A/C -1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and A/C - 1 bathroom. We lend beach toys to build sand castles. **This is a NON-SMOKING property. The house is private, clean, and truly lovely! Other things to note We suggest long walks on the beach; you will see the diversity of each bay in the Luquillo area. From quiet pools like the beach Balneario de Luquillo to the famous local surfer's beach, La Pared. We provide towels for the bathroom and other towels for the beach. For ecological and safety reasons, we choose not to have a generator- if an electricity blackout happens during your stay at night, please remember that you are in paradise; our neighborhood is tranquil; please stay calm, grab your favorite beverage, and enjoy the most incredible starry sky with ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. If a blackout happens during your stay, please let the host know as soon as possible. Blackouts are rare, and they are short. We have many solar lamps, a gas grill in the house's backyard, lanterns, tiki torches, and a constant tropical sea breeze.
