The space This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience—just minutes from Chambers Bay Golf Course and waterfront trails. Designed for families, groups, and professionals, the home features blackout blinds in every bedroom, a king suite with private bath, and three queen rooms with cozy, high-quality linens. The open living area flows into a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, a large island, and everything you need for meals at home. Whether you’re gathering for dinner, enjoying a movie, or planning your day’s adventures, the space is stylish, welcoming, and designed for connection. Step outside to a spacious backyard, ideal for kids, lounging, or fresh-air evenings. Ample parking is available, and while some small furniture updates are in progress, the home is clean, fully functional, and thoughtfully prepared for your stay. Our home is designed for quiet, relaxing stays. It is not suited for parties, large gatherings, or events such as weddings or getting-ready spaces. Please note: a tiny house at the back of the property is rented separately, with tiny house guest access through the yard. We also maintain a private studio onsite where we do come occasionally, though your home is entirely private with no shared indoor spaces. Located in the heart of University Place, you’ll be close to parks, restaurants, and shops. Chambers Bay is right down the road, offering world-class golf, beach access, walking trails, and panoramic views of Puget Sound. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Harbor Greens Market, and local favorites like The Pine Cone Café, Bliss Creamery, and Boathouse 19 are all nearby, making this an ideal base whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely. Guest access Guests have full private access to the main house, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, and the backyard. The tiny house at the back of the property is a separate rental with its own entrance, and guests walk through the backyard to reach it. We also have a private studio/office on site that we use, but no one else has access to your space during your stay. Plenty of free parking is available down the driveway on both sides and in the front gravel area. Please do not park in front of our neighbor’s houses and do not park in our grass. Other things to note Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Large parties and gatherings are not allowed. For added peace of mind, there is a Ring camera at the front door that monitors the entryway only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard, so your privacy is always respected. Parking is limited to the gravel area in front of the house and down the driveway on both sides. Please do not park on the lawn or in front of neighbors’ homes. Please no more than five cars at the house.
