Take in the breathtaking views and enjoy the close proximity to the beach, all in a setting designed to give you the perfect getaway. What does the property offer? - Living room, breakfast area, and kitchen, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. - Fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses) and appliances such as a cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. - Breakfast area for 4 people. - TV with Netflix access. - Bedroom #1: king-size bed and private bathroom. - Bedroom #2: one full-size bunk bed, one full-size bed, and one trundle bed, with a private bathroom. - Sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. - Front pergola with an outdoor dining table for 6 and a lounge area. - Full bathroom on the ground floor. - Air conditioning in all bedrooms. - Direct access to the communal pool. - Indoor garden. Guest access - Guests will have full access to the entire property and the pool within the designated cluster (the pool can be used at any time, as there are no set hours for its use) - Guests can enjoy the condominium's facilities, such as the restaurant and the social area's pool, between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. - Access to the property is autonomous, with a security box where you will find the property key. - Note: Access to the internal storage room is not available for guests. Other things to note ⭕IMPORTANT: 1) Reservation Cancellations Adhering to moderate cancellation policies, cancellations and date modifications are accepted up to 5 days before the check-in date 2) Date Changes Date changes will only be accepted 5 days before the check-in date. 3) Cleaning Fee The cleaning fee paid with the reservation covers both pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning. 4) Property Visits Due to high occupancy rates and for security reasons, prior visits to the property before the reservation date are not accepted. 5) Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made through Airbnb. 6) Bookings Outside Airbnb Reservations made outside of Airbnb are not accepted. 7) Requests and Modifications All requests or modifications must be made with your host through Airbnb. 8) Villa Capacity The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, with 6 in beds and 2 on a sofa bed in the living area. 9) Condominium Access Information Please provide the following details for condominium access: - Full Names (for both adults and minors) - Identification Number for each guest (adults only) - Make and license plate of the vehicles that will enter.
