Enjoy the fresh air and the gentle sound of the stream, explore picturesque hiking trails, connect with yourself and nature, meditate, write or simply enjoy the sweet idleness and treat yourself to a relaxing break. The TinyHome "LUNA" is happy about dear guests! The space Tiny Home "LUNA" 🍁🧡with radiator heating🔥❄️🌞 Please read the text before booking… thank you! - Easily accessible even without a car - I can pick you up from the train station! - Rental only to women and women with their partners! The overnight stay tax of €2.50 per guest/night (municipality information) is already included in the booking (under additional taxes) and will be forwarded by me to the municipality. Please fill out the guest list sheet on site - I will then forward it to the municipality together with the overnight stay tax. €3-5 for heating in the cold season Facilities: - Comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm) - Cozy sitting area with sofa - Pillow and cuddly blanket - Kitchen with ceramic stove top (2 plates) - Small refrigerator (without freezer compartment) - Expresso cooker - For short breaks (a few days) basic spices (soup broth, curry, herbs de Provence or similar) are available, as well as salt, pepper, sugar, tea and oil. For longer stays, please bring your own. - Room height 186 cm - Radiator - if used, €3 - 5 in autumn/winter -> please pay reliably on site! - Hot water bottle for cuddling - Running cold water in the TinyHome kitchen. -> In the winter, when it freezes, there is a jug or canister with drinking water. It can be refilled at any time, so fresh water is always available. Sanitary facilities - In the garden: compost toilet house (dry separation toilet) Available to guests of both TinyHomes and therefore shared! - In my house: shared bathroom with bathtub (access via a separate entrance via the shed!) - Towels are ready for you in the bathroom. - There is a washing machine in the house Please always set the machine to SHORT (washing cycle duration approx. 1 hour)! Included is 1x wash/week Internet - Outside the house there is Wi-Fi and now even mostly in the TinyHome - There is cell phone reception with A1, otherwise you have to go a bit out of the valley. - There are two bicycles that can be shared by appointment and subject to availability Getting there: - You can also arrive without a car! If it is possible for me, I would be happy to pick you up from the train station and accompany you while shopping. Please coordinate the time with me! - Train connection: From Vienna Hütteldorf (via St. Pölten) to Traisen station (Lower Austria) or Wiesenfeld/Schwarzenbach (currently only rail replacement traffic). Travel time about 1 hour and 20 minutes. - Continue: from the train stations it is less than 10 minutes by car to the vacation cottage and the TinyHomes. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Rental via Airbnb only to women and women with their partners! Please first make a booking request with a few lines about yourself (also, if you come as a couple, with whom exactly, whether you arrive by car or train, etc.), so that I can get a small impression of whether it is suitable for everyone – because it is important to me that it is a pleasant and harmonious time in which everyone feels comfortable. Thank you for your understanding! - Rental only to conscious, respectful and loving guests who treat the tiny home, the space, people, animals and plants with care and appreciation. - For the sake of the environment: If possible, please use biodegradable natural cosmetics, as the shower water gets into the ground. - and please do not spray strong perfumes in the rooms. Essential oils, natural incense, etc. are welcome. - Excessive consumption of alcohol and other drugs is not allowed. The TinyHome is at your disposal, as well as part of the garden in the TinyHomes area. We share the bathroom. The garden area in front of the house and the house are my private/practice area. Location, residents, etc... - The area is very rural with farmers doing their work, so it can be that sometimes the tractor comes by, the neighbors cut wood, etc. However, it is usually quiet and the road is moderately busy. - The tiny home is close to the stream, with a cul-de-sac on the other side that leads into the valley. The outhouse is about 20 meters away. - Next door is a second tiny home, which is also inhabited by guests or friends. Please be considerate of each other and always leave the common areas really clean and tidy. - There is a small, sweet dog, sheep and chickens. My dog and some hens run around freely in the garden. - Sometimes neighbors or friends come to visit. It is mostly quiet and sometimes well animated - The nearest inn (traditional Austrian cuisine) is open on - Saturday and holidays, and can be reached within a few minutes by foot - The area is very rural with farmers doing their work, so it can be that sometimes the tractor comes by, the neighbors cut wood, etc. However, it is usually quiet and the road is moderately busy. - Longer stays are possible by arrangement – just get in touch with me! - Dogs (small to medium size) can be brought along by arrangement: Quiet and gentle dogs are welcome. They should not hunt (there are free-range chickens and chicks) and be well tolerated by other dogs. My dog is very small and delicate (3.5 kilos) and feels quickly threatened… Note: the house, the place is beautiful and not perfect, but perfect for people who love just that and feel comfortable with it...
