Welcome Home, I invite you to stay in my little house in the heart of Phalempin. This listing is my primary residence, I live there on a daily basis. Back to the fundamentals of Airbnb, my home will be available when I'm in a goggle myself 😎😄 You won't be staying in an impersonal place. The space Located in the heart of Phalempin, 2 min walk to train station. Close proximity to a bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and friteries. On the ground floor: Living room, equipped kitchen (induction hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, percolator, toaster), toilet, bathroom (shower) and terrace access. 1st floor: A staircase leads to a landing with a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a separate desk. WiFi access (Fiber) This is a non-smoking, pet-free house. Other things to note There is no microwave available in the kitchen.
