We would like you to be aware that this 2 story home is split top and bottom can be rented. No shared space but parking. NOTE: HOT TUB RULES: Please no lotion of any kind in the hot tub. Use the shower to rinse down off before using. It must stay at least a 102° in order to keep the water safe and sanitized. This is why children under the age of sixteen are not allowed to be in the hot tub. Please NO glass of any kind in or around the hottub. Please remember. Children cannot operate the old popcorn machine. It gets extremely hot. The spa is cleaned before you arrive by a professional, hot tub cleaner and will be cleaned after you leave as well. If he finds glass in the hot tub, you will be charged a fee of $75.00 because he will have to clean it by completely draining the hot tub vacuuming and changing all filters in order to make it safe for the next guests.
