Peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful woods. Please note that this property is not completely flat. There are some slopes around the house, and stairs are required to access the second-floor bedrooms. We kindly ask elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns to consider this before booking. Brookdale Farms — 6 minutes Pine Hollow Farms — 4 minutes Fox Run Golf Club — 3 minutes Rocking J Venue — 16 minutes Six Flags St. Louis — 16 minutes Eureka Downtown - 10 minutes The space The property is surrounded by many 100~200 year-old White Oak trees, along with maple and cedar trees that create a unique and peaceful woodland atmosphere. The duplex has two units. Unit 1 is reserved for guests, while Unit 2 is occupied by the host. You may occasionally see the host walking dogs or working around the property. Guest access Garden of Life 71, Unit #1 Parking (gravel) -Parking lot 1 During your stay -The host stays at Garden of Life 71 (Unit #2) You may occasionally see the host walking dogs or working around the property. -During coyote breeding season (January to March), you may occasionally hear coyotes howling in the distance. They generally avoid people, and encounters are very rare. Other things to note House Rules 1. Please take off your shoes when inside the home. 2. Smoking or using any drugs (including hallucinogens) is strictly prohibited indoors. 3. Cooking sauces are not provided. Please bring your own, and be sure to take them with you when you leave. 4. No eating or drinking is allowed in the bedrooms. 5. Children must be supervised at all times to avoid accidents on the beds. An extra cleaning fee will be applied for bed wetting. 6. No wild parties or illegal activities are allowed on the premises. 7. Please report any damage or broken items immediately. 8. Please respect the maximum number of guests. 9. Use the black towels provided for makeup or stains. Please do not use white towels for this purpose. 10. We charge only a minimal cleaning fee, so we kindly ask that you help us keep the house tidy. 11. For your safety, please avoid entering the forest, as there may be ticks Checkout instructions 1. Please wash any dishes and clean the kitchen items you used. 2. Place all used towels in a pile on the floor. 3. Remove pillowcases, and leave the duvet (comforter) on the bed. Place the flat sheet and fitted sheet on the floor. 4. Please pour any leftover drinks into the sink and throw only empty cans or bottles into the trash can. 5. Please turn down the air conditioning and heating. 6. Take all trash outside and place it near the house or trash can. Thank you :)
