Ridge Top Barn

Reconnect with nature and enjoy local adventures from this country escape. Set on a ridge enjoying far reaching views of rolling countryside, your room* is part of a modern barn conversion situated on two acres of meadow, home to our bee hives. Enjoy rambling country walks from the doorstep and nights around the fire pit under the stars. * Please note you’ll be renting a room and en-suite (not the entire barn) *We are not located near shops or public transport so ideally, you need a car. The space The property has a light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining space downstairs which you are welcome to share with us. Your ensuite room is located upstairs. Please note there is no television in the bedroom. There is a pottery and creative workshop studio on the property which is run by Sarah who rents the space from us. This means if a workshop is running, you can expect cars entering and leaving the car park. If you’d like to find out about workshops on offer you can look up her business Wildling Studio, based in Calne. There is an outdoor fire pit which you are welcome to use. You can purchase a large bundle of wood from us for an additional £7.50. Guest access You're welcome to share our open plan kitchen, living and dining area downstairs. Upstairs you will only have access to your bedroom and ensuite. Other things to note We have a friendly Staffy named Gus who lives here too. He loves people, but it's worth noting that he will initially bark to announce new people arriving. Your host Camille is a walking guide and yoga instructor.
