Suite in Holland with Hot Tub

This lower-level suite is located just 1.5 miles from downtown Holland, and is the perfect home base for families. You'll enjoy the convenience of being close to many attractions and stores, while being on 2 acres of wooded property with a babbling creek and a new 6-person hot tub. The suite is located below our primary residence. A separate entrance and no shared indoor spaces ensures you have privacy. With a spacious living area and 2 bedrooms, you'll feel right at home! The space With 2 queen beds, a twin bed, and a full-sized sleeper sofa, this suite is great for families, groups travelling with kids, or a single person. Please note that we have young children, and while they generally sleep through the night from 8pm to 7am, we can't guarantee a perfectly quiet stay. The hours from 5pm-8pm and 7-8am tend to be the noisiest time with footsteps and toddler noises. We have box fans to help with any noise, and we will do our best to keep noise at a minimum so that you have a wonderful stay. There is not a full kitchen, but we do have the amenities that are typically available at a hotel - a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We also have a propane grill, with propane provided. Please note that there is a standing shower with no tub. We can provide a baby bathtub upon request. Guests will have 24 hour access to the hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor firepits, take a stroll through the woods, and keep an eye out for any wildlife - we routinely see deer, turkeys, a fox, ducks, woodchucks, and more! Guest access Guests will have access via keypad to the lower level suite. The thermostat is upstairs, but we are happy to adjust the temperature as needed. Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: Noon Enjoy the 2 acre backyard, including the lower patio with a hot tub, firepits, trails in the woods, and path along the creek. When we have guests, the hot tub is for guests only - and we do our best to give you privacy while using it. Other things to note Other than spills or excessive messes, there is no need to do any cleaning when you check out - we will take care of dishes, trash, and linens/towels.
