Lovely summer house in a good location. (Golden circle)

Great cottage located in Úthlíð on the famous Golden Circle. The cottage features two bedrooms and a sleeping loft, offering comfortable facilities for 6 people with two twin beds and two single beds, Additional mattresses can be provided, making it possible to accommodate 8–10 guests. A spacious terrace surrounds the house, with a hot tub for relaxation. Included free WIFI. Cottage is set in a quiet area, offering total privacy and a perfect getaway. The space The house is quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Outdoor is a hot tub for 5 to 6 people on big terrace . Outdoor furniture and a gas grill for our guests. Great restaurant is in walking distant from the house, There you can order food, and pick it up. The restaurant offers Pizza, hamburgers and our traditional lamp steak. There is a nice 9-hole golf course in the area that guests can use for a small fee, and golf clubs are in the house, for you guys :) . Horse rental is within walking distance In the area are many great walking paths. Guest access The entire property, patio and grounds. Not a garage though, but it stands quite a bit from the space. Other things to note Note: there can be up to 10 people staying in the house, in which case you must ask for scrapable mattresses, 2 mattresses can fit easily on a sleeping loft, 2 mattresses can be in the living room. But there is an extra charge for each person after 6 people. Can't offer more people than 10 people, that's the limit.
