Everything is on one level and comfortably laid out. The spacious living room includes a cozy sitting area with a television, a dining table, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, combination microwave, and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms: one with a bunk bed and two with comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. Outdoor relaxation in complete freedom Through the French doors, you step from the living room straight into the spacious garden. On the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the sun or an evening drink under the parasol. The combination of privacy, fresh air, and convenience makes this chalet ideal for families and groups of friends. You can park your car right by the accommodation, and thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you're always connected. Please note: made-up beds and towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for an additional charge if desired. Holiday Park Aan de Maas – water, nature, and culture The Maas Lande is located at Holiday Park Aan de Maas, a unique riverside location in the Bommelerwaard. Enjoy water fun with boating, fishing, or paddleboarding, and discover historical gems like Loevestein Castle or the picturesque nearby villages. Nature lovers can explore the vast Loonse and Drunense Dunes, and for a fun day out, Den Bosch, the Efteling, and Beekse Bergen Safari Park are just a short drive away. After an active day, return to your chalet where peace and comfort take center stage. Other things to note Vakantiepark Park Aan de Maas is authorized to request a security deposit from all guests who rent a holiday home in advance. The deposit amounts to a maximum of €100 per person. If, after the rental period and inspection, no damage is found in or to the property, the (remaining) amount will be refunded within 3 weeks. In the event of damage or missing items, the guest will receive an invoice. Causing nuisance or disturbance may also be a reason to withhold the deposit.
