TERRACE --------------- Enjoy a unique experience on our fabulous terrace, where you can take in breathtaking views while relaxing or having a favorite drink or simply preparing a delicious barbecue in our BBQ area. LIVING AND KITCHEN AREAS ------------------------------------ Prepare a feast with our 4-burner stove. Chat around the cozy kitchen island. All while taking in the spectacular 360 ocean view. Our cabin is fully equipped! Inside: refrigerator; freezer; 4-burner stove; gas oven; blender; pots; pans; dishes; cutlery; cups; mugs; cooking utensils. MASTER BEDROOM ------------------------------ The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a king size bed, a 55-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube. (We include free subscription access to Netflix during your stay). The master bedroom also has its own balcony and exit to the backyard! A private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is right next to the master bedroom on the ground floor, with access to the kitchen as well. MINI SUITES --------------- Room 2 is located on the second floor. Room 3 is located on the third floor, has a queen size bed with separate access and a fan. The suites are not at all large, but they are comfortable enough to sleep, read, and enjoy the ocean views. Just outside these mini suites, we have an outdoor shower, sink and bathroom. We have air conditioning in the main room and you can also enjoy the natural breeze by opening the windows or the 2 doors, which have screens. WIFI_______ WIFI ---------------------- Internet throughout the house and reaches part of the outdoor area. It has a sea view from all areas of the house, which makes it ideal for relaxing and working with maximum peace of mind if you need a Home-Office. ADDITIONAL SERVICES -------------------------------- 🧽We offer laundry and drying service at a small extra cost. Please ask us about the washing and drying service. We can also help you coordinate cooking and cleaning services. COCHAPUNKO CABINS LOCATION: ------------------------------------------------ Our place is in the Ayampe mountain, in the Manabí Reserve. Between the sea and the mountains. This is just a five-minute drive or a 25-minute walk from Ayampe's main beach, in the main part of Ayampe. The exterior lights illuminate the patio and can be left on overnight. Guest access You will have the entire property of the Spectacular Cabin with a 360 view for yourself. You don't need to share anything! You will have access to all parts of the property (main house, outdoor area, cabin suite, outdoor shower/bathroom, etc. The property is composed of a large space on top of the hill with 3 accommodations made with natural materials: guadua cane, wooden roofs and 5 ha. of mountain slope with forest and fruit trees. The other cabin is located 20 meters from this listing. Both share the same garage door and parking area, but have their own private trails and outdoor spaces. The place has a very interesting tropical forest. You can take walks among the organic reserve of fruit and palm trees, where you can observe birds (toucans, hummingbirds, birds of different species, geese, a variety of exotic plants, and fruit trees). Guests can ask the caretaker if there is ripe organic fruit ready to eat (depending on the season). SOLAR LIGHT -------------- 💡 In the cabin there are some switches painted red ♦️ that can only be used in case the power goes out. These are only for spotlights. It's solar light.
