Note that there is an extra fee of $30 upon the request use of sofa bed. You have a free parking spot on the right side of the driveway. The private entrance is on the right side of the driveway. The private check in and out guarantees total privacy. You have the whole unit. Well lighted side entrance with motion activated light for your safety. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, washroom and living room all to yourself. Other things to note There is an additional fee of $30 upon request of 3rd guest that need a sofa bed. No smoking. Smoking of all substances is strictly prohibited. This applies inside but can smoke outside of the premises. including but not limited to; Cigarettes, Cigars, Vape, Marijuana, Candles and Incense. We have zero tolerance rule. Violators will have reservation terminated by Airbnb and subject to pay $500 smokers fine. Subject to additional cleaning fees to remove the odor. No pets allowed.
