Perfect for a family get away. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am Sunday -Thursday and 12am and 8am Friday and Saturday. PET POLICY While pets (2 dogs max) are welcome, we ask that you follow the below guidelines. -Advanced notice is required and an additional cleaning fee is required -Pets are not allowed on the furniture (couch, beds, etc.) -If your pet sheds, please vacuum and clean up behind them -We also expect you to “pick up” behind you pet (use pet waste bags, seal and drop in the green garbage bin outside) THE HOME MAIN FLOOR OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING The main living area is bright, airy, and perfect for gatherings. PRIVATE BACKYARD Step into your private backyard retrea. Enjoy a xeriscape backyard with a firepit, lounge area, sun chairs, and umbrellas—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. HEATED SALTWATER POOL & HOT TUB Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool or unwind in the hot tub. (Please note: An additional resort fee applies for pool and hot tub heating, which will be refunded if you do not use the heater.) Access to the pool is only available via the backdoor and screened-in porch. The backyard is surrounded by a 6-foot privacy fence with a locked iron gate for added security. POOL ETIQUETTE No glass allowed in pool area. No running or diving allowed in/around the pools. Guests swim at their own risk. No minors allowed in the pool without adult supervision. GRILLING AREA Fire up the grill and enjoy al fresco dining on the screened porch. LIVING ROOM Relax on the wraparound sectional sofa, which converts into a pit sectional for movie nights or extra sleeping space. Enjoy the large smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. DINING AREA A spacious dining table seats 6 guests, making it perfect for group meals.
