The space - Master Bedroom: The main sleeping area features a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens and ample closet space. It is separated from the living room by a sliding door, providing privacy while maintaining the unit's open and spacious feel. - Service Room: This is a separate room with its own door and a single bed, making it ideal for an extra guest or a child while still ensuring privacy. - Living Room: The living area includes a sofa bed that converts into a double-sized bed and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests, offering additional sleeping flexibility. Bed Setup Information: For reservations made for 2 guests, we typically prepare the standard sleeping arrangement, which is the master bedroom. If you prefer separate sleeping arrangements, we can also prepare the sofa bed or service room bed upon request. Please note that additional bed setups may incur a fee as they require extra linens, cleaning, and preparation. - Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms stocked with essentials. - Kitchen: Fully equipped with a spacious countertop, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, and more, perfect for cooking or dining in. - Balcony: Step out and enjoy city views with your morning coffee or evening drink. Building Amenities: • Swimming pool for a refreshing dip. • Fitness gym to stay active during your stay. • Pause and Playroom, collaboration spaces, and a cozy lounge area for work or relaxation. For longer stays, we also recommend having the unit professionally cleaned by our cleaner once every two weeks to help keep the apartment in good condition throughout the stay. The cleaning fee is ₱900 per session and would be shouldered by the guest. Guest access ALL Other things to note Welcome to our home! Hi, we're Joseph and Cherie - currently based in Singapore with our little one, but this space in Makati is our home whenever we're back. We designed it with comfort and warmth in mind, hoping you'll feel just as relaxed here as we do. Make yourself at home in the kitchen - Cherie's favorite spot! One of our fondest memories is setting up a cheese and charcuterie spread on the open counter one New Year's Eve. The sofa bed is a cozy spot too, perfect for movie nights or accommodating extra guests. We often travel with our nanny, and sometimes our parents visit (though let's be honest - they're mostly here for their granddaughter!). That's why we included a service room for added convenience. We used to live in Makati before moving overseas, and Salcedo Village remains our favorite neighborhood. Don't miss the Salcedo Saturday Market - it's one of the best ways to experience Filipino flavors and culture.
