Guests are required to either authorize a refundable temporary $500 security deposit hold (not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning), OR opt in for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. This Florida home features lush outdoor spaces. To help keep bugs and critters out, please keep doors and windows closed at all times. While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small pests—especially outdoors—are possible and not uncommon in a natural setting. Pine needles in the backyard may fall between our weekly landscaping visits and are unfortunately unavoidable. Refunds will not be issued for pest encounters or outdoor debris.
