Waterfall Retreat at Toom Sara is a stream-side accommodation, hidden in the middle of the West Da Nang mountains, recognized as an ASEAN Community Tourism Spot 2025–2027. The space Welcome to Chez Vous House — a peaceful little forest in the heart of the vibrant city of Da Nang, offering you a different corner that you may have never explored. Located in the ASEAN Community Tourism Village of the Co Tu ethnic group, situated on a hill 600m above sea level, Chez Vous House is a wonderful blend of beautiful nature and rich indigenous culture. 🌳 Each room is equipped with air conditioning, but the real “natural air conditioning” is the upstream stream winding around the campus and the cool green forest, bringing fresh and cool air throughout the day. 🌳 The rooms are designed in a minimalist Indochine style, compact but full of necessary amenities such as hot water bathrooms, kettles, wardrobes, desks, refrigerators, air conditioners and stable wifi. 🌳 When you arrive at Chez Vous House, you will be greeted with fresh herbal drinks grown right here. Each guest will be served 2 complimentary bottles of spring water/day and have access to purified water at the BBQ area. Housekeeping is available daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with laundry service available upon request (for a fee). 🌳 Each separate house is located under the canopy of perennial forest trees, the balcony overlooking the stream or green lawn creates a private, quiet and relaxing space. 🌳 Outside is a space of more than 1000m2 with an open lawn, a natural swimming pool without chemicals that is taken directly from the upstream stream, ideal for small parties in the middle of fresh nature. Surrounded by waterfalls, clean vegetable gardens and shade from forest trees, you can keep memorable moments during your stay. 🌳 The kitchen and BBQ area are fully equipped, ready to serve you with tables, chairs, dishes, charcoal ovens... In addition, our chef can help prepare simple dishes completely free of charge, so you can enjoy the experience or with friends. 🌳 Just a few steps away, you will find a cocktail & coffee shop with a view of the beach town, where you can relax with gentle music; next to it is a restaurant that is open until 8:00 p.m. daily. 🌳 To promote indigenous culture, we organize special programs such as: Co Tu Art Performance (Co Tu Show) Free Co Tu traditional food making experience Forest trekking tour, waterfall slide (extra charge) helps you immerse yourself and appreciate nature more. 🌳 Chez Vous House was renovated and upgraded at the end of 2024 with Indochine architecture and friendly materials in harmony with nature. Modern facilities include parking, motorbike rental service, wifi, fire protection system, security cameras and 24/24 security. Located in the West Da Nang eco-tourism area, you can easily travel within a radius of 8km to discover famous spots such as Ba Na Hills, Than Tai Mountain, Hoa Phu Thanh... 🌳 And the most special thing at Chez Vous House is the friendly and hospitable staff, who are always available to support you 24/7 to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Guest access The entire bungalow is yours for the duration of your stay. We have 2 complimentary bottles of spring water available, other drinks are available for purchase. During your stay, staff are available to help and there is 24/7 security. Please let us know the number of guests in advance so we can prepare enough beds. 🌳Children & Extra Guests Policy - Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge (not included in the total number of guests). - Children from 5 to 8 years old are counted as guests and charged 70% of the adult price. - Children aged 9 years and over are counted as adults. - Maximum capacity: 4 adults + 1 child sharing a bed (if needed).
