Relax in this spacious and cozy (approx. 70 square meters) bright apartment. It invites you to linger even in typical North German (bad) weather. It was energetically renovated in 2025 and has a sustainable heating and electricity concept. The space The apartment with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area is located on the 2nd floor, offers enough space for 4 people. It is located in a very rural environment that invites you to enjoy and walk and is still very centrally located. Guest access You have the possibility to park directly by car in the courtyard. We are happy to rent the apartment to non-smokers. Unfortunately, no pets can be taken into the apartment. The apartment can be occupied contactlessly. On request, sports equipment (bicycles, SUP, canoe) can be provided. Other things to note The location Linden is located on the North Sea coast and offers some exciting destinations, even to the Baltic Sea, Denmark or Hamburg it is not far. Between Eider, Treene and Sorge, cyclists, water sports enthusiasts, fishermen and those seeking relaxation are in the right place. Friedrichstadt is about 20 km away, Husum and St. Peter-Ording are about 45 minutes by car, Büsum or the Kiel Canal are about 30 minutes. Hennstedt, Dithmarschen (4 km away) has shopping, very tasty restaurants and a great outdoor pool. In Tellingstedt (6 km away), hunting friends will get their money's worth with the hunting shop "Waffen Schrum." Golfers can reach Gut Apeldör in just 5 minutes by car. The district town of Heide with the FH Westküste and the nearest train station are about 15 km away.
