The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook on-site in a warm and friendly environment. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a private bathroom: • A master suite with a king-size bed • A second bedroom with a king-size bed • A third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends There is also a separate guest toilet. 🌴 Outdoor living & ambiance Surrounded by tropical gardens, the villa offers a large private pool, perfect for cooling off at any time of day in a peaceful, lush environment. 🎾 Privileged access to Anahita Resort As a guest of Villa Anahita Lagoon, you enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, including: • Access to the iconic Anahita Golf Course with preferential rates (more than 60% discount on Green Fees for all guests) • Included sports activities: tennis, padel, gym, watersports center, pétanque... • Several high-end restaurants • Boutique shops and a spa • A large communal swimming pool • And most importantly: a free boat shuttle to Île aux Cerfs, where you'll enjoy an exclusive private beach reserved for resort guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa, private pool, and garden. Detailed information about check-in and resort access will be shared after booking for security reasons. Other things to note 🏡 House Rules : 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. You may smoke only on the veranda. 🐶 Pets are not allowed. 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted. 🤫 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, for the comfort of everyone. 🏊‍♀️ Private Pool – IMPORTANT The pool is not fenced and has no child safety barrier. Its use is under the full responsibility of the guests.
