Please keep this in mind when booking during warmer months. • The property is in a residential building, so some noise from neighboring units (such as footsteps or movement) may occasionally be heard. • Security cameras are installed in the building’s common and exterior areas, including hallways, entrances, the laundry area, driveway, parking lot, and fire escape. Please do not smoke in front of the building. Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of one large dog under (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). A pet fee of CAD $69 per pet will be added to the reservation when pets are included at the time of booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.
