Sunset Peak has a lovely wrap around main level deck with a wood burning outdoor fireplace, that is screened in. The open deck offers beautiful mountain views that fade into incredible sunsets. Inside, you'll find gorgeous custom wood flooring, soaring timber ceilings, and a stone gas log fireplace with TV. The kitchen has unique cabinetry with reclaimed barn tin accents and wood with granite countertops ideal for meal preparation. The kitchen table has seating for 6 guests. The living space has extra large windows and cozy seating for taking in those lovely rolling mountains. The main level bedroom has a King size bed, TV and master bedroom. The master bath on this level has two vanities, a soaking tub, and tile shower. A large window by the tub looks out to the mountainside and forest, where you may even watch the whitetail deer peacefully wander through as this area is very popular for local wildlife. The upper level bedroom has a King size bed, TV, private balcony, and stone mason crafted all rock shower. This stone shower is a masterpiece and truly combines the natural elements with the modern comforts of a luxury cabin. This gorgeous shower features a waterfall and has a small window so you won't miss those amazing sunsets! The private covered porch off this bedroom is screened in, has seating for two and offers different view direction than that of the main level deck, which is a hard to find amenity. The private balcony is perfect for those crisp mornings with warm coffee, or warm summer evenings with your favorite cold beverage. The gameroom level is where the fun begins! This gameroom has an extra large bar, perfect for those big spreads for game day or game night food. Here you have a pool table, shuffleboard, stacked stone gas log fireplace, and TV with a wall of glass facing the view Around the corner is the third bedroom. This bedroom offers a Queen size bed, TV and bath with a single vanity and tile shower tub combo. Just outside is the hot tub, which is conveniently located and privately tucked away into the hillside for cozy and relaxing nights. Sunset Peak has a private river access to the Toccoa River just minutes (driving) from the cabin that is perfect for fishing and swimming access.
