Once you reach the entrance of the building, you will find the keybox on your left with the name of the apartment you have booked. In the other descriptions, there is the password. Open it and you will find the keys for the entrance door with a blue badge to be placed on the keypad of the pedestrian entrance, previously opened with the code, and the remote control for the driveway gate.
