The third has a full bed, and the fourth has two twin sized beds with toys and books—perfect for kids but comfy for adults too. This home features a kitchen with all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. A closet filled with a variety of board games and puzzles is ready for family fun, and for cozy movie nights, we’ve provided plenty of classic DVDs, Blu-rays, and even a collection of nostalgic VHS tapes for the kids to enjoy. The backyard is perfect for family fun, with a large grassy area and a full playground complete with a slide, sandbox, and rock wall—all within the safety of a fully fenced yard. For relaxing evenings, you’ll find a cozy porch, a patio with a fire pit (wood provided), and a gas grill ready for the barbecue master in your group. It is centrally located to all San Antonio has to offer. It is a short drive to the downtown San Antonio area, home of the world-famous Alamo, the beautiful Riverwalk, the San Antonio Zoo, the DoSeum, the Alamodome, San Antonio Botanical Gardens and many other attractions. It is also only a short drive to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World/Aquatica, Government Canyon Recreation Area, and the Rim/La Cantera shopping areas. The home is located close to HEB and Walmart for grocery shopping, CVS Pharmacy and multiple restaurants. The community is located across the street from O.P Schnabel park which includes hiking trials, playground and the local YMCA pool. In addition to San Antonio, other prime locations close by include Fredericksburg, a wonderful old German town with fantastic restaurants, a great main street/ shopping district, and the Museum of the War in the Pacific. Fredericksburg is a little over an hour away. The Guadalupe River State park is only 40 minutes away, with fun water activities such as swimming, canoeing, water tubing and fishing. You can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking, bird watching or just enjoying the peace of nature. The park does have a Discovery Center as well. Historic Boerne is a 30 minute drive. Here you will find wonderful antique shops, a riverfront walking trail, Cascade Caverns, and the historic Herff Farm.
