The space This bright and cozy 2-bedroom suite is in our coach house which is a separate building located about 50m away from the main house behind a large stand of pine trees. The main floor of the coach house is mostly owner storage with the entrance to the airbnb unit at the back on the main floor. On the main floor there is a foyer and private bathroom with shower. The rest of the unit is up a flight of stairs. The deck is off the second floor and offers a lot of privacy and beautiful views. We have tried to create a cozy and private getaway that feels very separate from the main house. The unit offers an open concept kitchen/living area, two bedrooms (each with a queen bed). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, 2-burner hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, keurig, and air fryer. There is a BBQ on the deck (propane is provided). Please note that there is no oven or dishwasher. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for making light meals or BBQing. Guests also have access to walking trails on the 7-acre property and large lawn for outdoor fun and games. A boat launch with access to West Lake is located across the street. The mornings provide amazing sunrises over the property and the evening provides amazing sunset views over West Lake. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the separate airbnb unit with private second floor balcony. Guests may also use the westside lawn in front of the main door for games or lounging. You're also welcome to enjoy the walking trails through the property, which winds through an Austrian pine grove, fields of milkweed and wildflowers, and a peaceful sumac grove. Other things to note The property features a well-equipped kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, including a microwave/air fryer, toaster oven, 2-burner hot plate, 11.3 cu.ft. fridge/freezer, and a propane barbecue. It's perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, and light meals, but not intended for large-scale cooking. There is no oven or dishwasher. The guest suite is located on the second floor with the bathroom on the main level. A photo of the interior staircase is provided for reference. We kindly request that you register all guests who will be staying on the property. If you are interested in brining a pet we also ask that you submit this in your request. This will both trigger the pet fee and give us a chance to confirm the pets details and do the proper preparations.
