From the third person onwards, a supplement of €25 per night per additional guest is applied. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the terraces. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a surcharge of €150. We have a cot and high chair, subject to availability, with an additional cost of €29 and €10 respectively. We do not accept groups of people under 25 years old. In the event of non-compliance with our terms and conditions, internal rules or any applicable local, international or other regulations, we reserve the right to cancel the stay before check-in or during the same.
