Relax and unwind in this quiet and stylish home. 10 km from Sevilla centro. You can reach the center of Seville by car in 15 minutes (and we can recommend the best places to park), or you can walk to the bus stop (approx. 10 minutes, with a bus ride of 20 minutes to Seville; stop name - Delicias), or drive to the metro stop (approx. 8 minutes) with a travel time of 15 minutes to the center of Seville (Puerta Jerez). The space My home is our main family home and not a commercial Airbnb, and we hope you enjoy the authenticity of a local Spanish home. The house has 2 bedrooms with beds of 135 cm, quality mattresses and bedding. Built-in closets provide shelves and hanging space, and both rooms have blinds and reverse cycle air conditioning units to ensure a dark and adapted room in which to get a good night's sleep. A newly renovated house restroom, and down there is a separate toilet. There is a great dining room where you can enjoy our fireplace while enjoying a good romantic dinner. Likewise , there is a desk area that looks directly into the garden space to make the time you have to use your computer or tablet more pleasant. The whole house has wifi connection. Enjoy good coffee in a spacious well equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a large terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and solar curtains, a small unheated pool and an outdoor sun shower to cool off in the summer heat. Other things to note This is our family home and not a commercial Airbnb. It's perfect for someone who wants to experience a comfortable family home. The village of Gelves is a 7 minute walk from the house where you can enjoy numerous bars for breakfast and lunch; a small supermarket for the essentials, along with various other amenities, such as a large public pool and hairdressers. By car (5 minutes) you can reach a variety of large supermarkets and many excellent local restaurants that we will provide you with all of our local recommendations.
