Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. 10 km from downtown Seville. You can reach downtown Seville by car in 15 minutes (and we can recommend the best places to park), or you can walk to the bus stop (about 10 minutes, with a 20-minute bus ride to Seville; name of the stop - Delicias), or drive to the metro stop (about 8 minutes) with a 15-minute ride to downtown Seville (Puerta Jerez). The space My house is our main family home and not a commercial Airbnb, and we hope you enjoy the authenticity of a local Spanish home. The house has 2 bedrooms with 135 cm beds, quality mattresses and bedding. Built-in closets provide shelves and hanging space, and both rooms have blinds and reverse-cycle air conditioning units to ensure a dark and adapted room in which to get a good night's sleep. There is a newly renovated bathroom in the house, and downstairs there is a separate toilet. There is a large dining room where you can enjoy our fireplace while enjoying a good romantic dinner. There is also a desk area that looks directly at the garden space to make the time you have to use your computer or tablet more pleasant. The whole house has Wi-Fi. Enjoy a good coffee in a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a large terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and sun curtains, a small unheated pool and an outdoor solar shower to cool off in the summer heat. Other things to note This is our family home and not a commercial Airbnb. It's perfect for someone who wants to experience a comfortable family home. The village of Gelves is a 7-minute walk from the house, where you can enjoy numerous bars for breakfast and lunch; a small supermarket for essentials, along with several other services, such as a large public swimming pool and hairdressers. By car (5 minutes) you can reach a variety of large supermarkets and many excellent local restaurants from which we will provide you with all our local recommendations.
