Casa da Escola, part of the Cavalo de Tróia Villas development, is located in Cadaval with stunning views of the mountains. SHARED HEATED POOL FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 31ST The space LIVING ROOM The living room consists of a sofa, television, air conditioning, desk with chair, chalkboard, side tables and a dining table for 4 people. KITCHEN In the kitchen there is a fridge, microwave, hob with extractor hood, electric citrus juicer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a side table and storage baskets. BEDROOM & BATHROOM The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lighting, a coat rack and a skylight with a blind. Sheets and towels included. In the bathroom there is a shower tray, washbasin with storage and lighting, hairdryer, towel warmer and toilet. OUTDOOR AREA The outdoor area is shared by the other houses in the development. The patio has a dining table seating six, a sofa, two armchairs, a parasol and a barbecue. The pool area has parasols, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. To access the pool you have to go down 6 steps. LAUNDRY The laundry area is also shared by the other houses in the development. It consists of an iron, a freezer with four drawers, two washing machines, a vacuum cleaner and a sink. OTHER INFORMATIONS - WI-FI throughout the house. - The patio, laundry room, and swimming pool are shared common areas with the other houses in the development. - SHARED HEATED POOL FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 31ST Guest access Guests have access to all the areas advertised for the period of their stay. Located on the ground floor, accessible by 5 steps and has a private access directly to the street. Other things to note Crib available, upon prior request, at an additional cost of €10 per night, bed linen and baby high chair included. Once the reservation has been confirmed, all guests must fill in an identification form, in accordance with Portuguese law. Check-in will only be possible once this form has been sent in full.
