Large studio apartment on snowmobile trails

Located on the Nor'Easter snowmobile trails with trailer parking, this spacious and private two-room 2nd floor apartment has a kitchenette, space to relax, a full bath (shower), plus an extra half bath/laundry in the entry. We're 18 min. from Nashua/Bedford/Merrimack. We have rescue dogs who bark when the Amazon truck drives by--so there is noise when that happens! But they live in OUR unit, and it's typically VERY quiet. If you love small dogs, this is it! The space We have Fidium fiber internet. Guest access The apartment is accessed from the garage, into an entryway, and is up the stairs on the far side of the house. Our home is separate and behind an interior locked door. Other things to note No smoking. Parking in drive. The unit has stairs. Small dogs live in our unit. Other than that, we are pretty chill!
