It is located on very well preserved 1958 building, in a very safe area. The lobby is always clean and it is under surveillance 24/7 by a very modern security system. There is a dining space between the kitchen and the living room, where you can enjoy a drink or a dinner, but also can work. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your own meals. It also has a fully stocked mini-bar with all kind of drinks. The bathroom was built with the finest Cuban marble and features all the amenities you will need, including hairdryer. The spacious room is perfectly air-conditioned and will provide you all the tranquility and peace that you will need after a long day in Havana. It's simple and nicely decorated with a majestic and huge Queen size bed, brand new comfortable mattress and bedding, pillows imported from the United States, a huge closet and access to a little patio that is perfect to enjoy a nice glass of wine along with a good book. Cleaning: As long as guests agree, our maid will come every three days to clean the apartment, throw the trash and replace towels, toilette paper and sheets for new ones. About Breakfast: We totally recommend you the restaurant right in front of our place to have breakfast, it is called El Cuarto de Tula. A full breakfast cost around 5 USD per person and they are delicious! About Internet: We provide a Cuban SIM Card which you can use to buy 4G/LTE data mobile plans (Around $10). This is the easiest way to have Internet access. There are no unlimited Internet plans in Cuba. In this way you will avoid to go to WiFi Hot Spots (Parks) to get Internet access. Keep in mind that Internet in Cuba is slow, but you will be able to check your email or use your Social Media without problems.
