This private room offers a safe, clean, and quiet environment-perfect for rest and focus. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including access to a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Conveniently located near Texas A&M University–San Antonio and Palo Alto College, it’s an excellent choice for students and is also ideal for traveling professionals, with easy access to major roads, shopping, and dining. Single guest occupancy only! Guest access Shared spaces include kitchen, dining, laundry and living areas. The bathroom may be shared with 1 additional guest if the 2nd room is concurrently rented. During your stay I will be in and out of the home periodically but will mostly keep to myself, if I’m home I will be available in person but otherwise feel free to message me on the app. Other things to note Your bedroom door also has a smart lock that your unique code will unlock.
