A 5min walk from Davie st which takes you to the beach. Incredibly central but also very quiet and peaceful at night thanks to the double pane windows which blocks out the noise. The space Please note we have bought new appliances in March 2026 and have added black-out blinds to the windows. If you require a stay for 3 people or an extra bed, please inquire as the sofa is not a sofa bed. Other things to note **Please note that From Nov 15 to Nov 30 the building management will be repairing the central heating system in the unit. This means that the hall will have a hole in the roof and contractors will need access to the unit throughout certain days.
