Punta de Lobos House
Description
House located in Punta de Lobos, with an incredible view of Punta de Lobos. It is a house of Contemporary Architecture, with very spacious and cozy spaces. The space Imagine waking up every morning with an open view of the sea, the soft sound of the waves, and the unmistakable silhouette of Punta de Lobos on the horizon. This house, located on a small hill in Pichilemu, is much more than a place to stay: it is an invitation to stop, breathe and reconnect with calm. Designed with modern lines and generous spaces, the house's architecture is designed to let light, landscape and sea enter every corner. From the spacious, comfortable living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see how the sun falls on the hills and the sea while the day says goodbye in golden tones. The kitchen is fully stocked, integrated into the dining room and living room, so that cooking, chatting and sharing feel like a single experience. The rooms are cozy and quiet, with comfortable beds, soft bedding and just the right amount of silence for a deep rest. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits you with panoramic views, a barbecue grill for sunset roasts, and enough space to read, meditate, or simply look at the sea without doing anything else. Whether you are coming for waves, tranquility or an inspiring break, this house welcomes you with a special energy. Close to everything, but far enough away to feel that time runs differently. Here, in this corner of Pichilemu, life is lived slower and more beautifully. The environment is part of the experience. The neighborhood where it is located is quiet, peaceful and very familiar. Almost all the neighbors live here all year round, which gives it a warm and welcoming energy. You are surrounded by nature: on one side, centuries-old cypresses that give shade and character; in front, an unparalleled view of the hills and the bay of Punta de Lobos, which every evening is dressed in gold and calm. Within walking distance of the house — literally walking in 5 to 8 minutes — you have some of the best places to eat and enjoy: the Hotel Cuarzo Lodge, the Hotel Alaia, and restaurants such as Los Piures or La Loba, all with excellent cuisine and a relaxed vibe. By car, you are minutes from downtown Pichilemu, but far enough away to feel like you are in another world: no noise, no traffic, just the sound of the wind, birds and the sea. This is not a place to pass through. It's a place to stop. I hope your stay here is as special as all the moments I have lived in this house have been for me. Enjoy it, rest, and hopefully come back. With love, Francisco Other things to note The house has a hot tub, but there is an extra cost to enable it, which means changing the water, cleaning and extra firewood. The cost is $130,000.
