In the villa, there is underfloor heating throughout, giving you a pleasant feeling of comfort and a refreshing coolness in summer ❄️☀️. You also have all the comforts to fully enjoy your stay, whether relaxing in the spacious sitting area with a book 📖, watching the flat screen where Netflix is available 📺, or sitting at the kitchen island to cook in the ultra-modern kitchen 🍳. The villa is filled with natural light thanks to large sliding windows that connect you to nature 🌿. In the evening, you can enjoy cozy direct or indirect lighting, plus atmospheric outdoor lighting on the terrace and in the garden. Want some privacy? The 4 large bedrooms offer every comfort, with king-size beds 🛏️, a sitting area, a balcony, and en-suite bathrooms with all the amenities you need 🚿. Outside, you can enjoy the large terrace with a spacious lounge or a seat overlooking the beautiful nature 🌳. If you have bicycles, they can be easily stored in the lockable room in the carport 🚲.
