The space Huisje onder de Perenboom is a detached guesthouse in Apeldoorn that is offered completely privately. It is stylishly and functionally furnished and equipped with every comfort for a comfortable stay for two people. Suitable for recreation but definitely also for business stays! -Living room- The bright living room is cozily furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table that can also be used for work. The cottage has good Wi-Fi, and there is also the possibility of a fixed internet connection. The large windows allow plenty of natural light in. It's a great place to relax after a day outdoors. -Kitchen- The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven/microwave, kettle and coffee maker (Nespresso). An extensive set of pans, crockery and kitchenware are provided, so you can easily cook for yourself. -Bedroom- The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200) with fresh cotton bedding. There is a Velux skylight, through which you can enjoy watching the birds singing. There is also plenty of closet and storage space. -Bathroom- The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a large bathtub, sink and toilet. Towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, shaving mirror and toilet paper are included. -Garden and outdoor space- The house has a green garden with a terrace and a seating area under the pear tree. Ideal for having breakfast outside or enjoying the tranquility in the evening. Guest access The entire cottage is at the disposal of the guests. As well as the garden with picnic table in front of the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is also very suitable for longer stays, business travelers, or expats. For stays of 2 weeks or more, intermediate cleaning is included. We also offer a laundry service that is included for stays longer than a week.
