The space This 300 sq ft private Suite is located on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance and lock box. Enjoy a Queen-sized bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, 43" TV with Streaming services, Air Conditioning, In-floor heating and Free WiFi. Modern amenities include a Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, toaster, dinner plates, utensils and basic kitchen supplies. One of our family members lives in the Bachelor Loft apartment on the second floor and there is an adjacent Suite on the ground level while our main house is a short walking distance away. We are a Smoke-free property and sorry No Pets or Parties allowed. Guest access Guests of the East Suite can use all of the amenities in the Suite which is private and for your use only during your stay. The Outdoor courtyard and playground area is a shared space amongst Guests. Other things to note Perfect stay if you are exploring Bruce County or in the area for a wedding, festival or event. Weekly rates available for those working in the area. 3 area golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided. Please note the new building has 2 independent Suites (East & West Suites) on the main level and 1 Bachelor Loft apartment on the second floor which have sound dampening interior walls and ceilings like a hotel or motel for guest's comfort and enjoyment. Reflective Window film and blinds are installed for additional privacy. We ask that all guests respect one another's privacy and time while on our property.
