Absolutely NO PETS or Smoking Indoors are allowed! Our home has plenty of space for 8 guests with 6 beds and 3 full baths. When you stay at Kemah Breeze, you are considered family. We strive for your complete satisfaction and comfort during your stay. We go above and beyond to provide a clean, comfortable, and sanitized home for your stay with us. We believe the careful detail that is put into our home will bring you back to visit for years to come. Kemah Breeze has plenty of space for 8 guests with an additional mini studio apartment connected to the back deck. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED or SMOKING INDOORS! The top floor of the house is the Master Suite and Master Bathroom. The first floor of our home has 2 spacious bedrooms, lots of closet space, a beautiful full size bathroom, and a spacious kitchen that opens up to the living area. We also provide a full size washer and dryer to be used at your convenience. When you enter the front doors of Kemah Breeze, you will immediately feel a sense of relaxation and comfort where the decor provides a true sense of the Galveston coast. A coffee bar is provided in our home for our guests to enjoy! We hope you will enjoy drinking your coffee or tea, as you take a moment to feel the breeze on the front or back decks of the house. If you sit on the deck long enough, you might see some of the beautiful birds that like to visit our little area. If you enjoy morning or evening walks, there is a wonderful walking path directly behind the house. This path will lead you all the way to the Kemah Lighthouse District. What a great place to stay for families to enjoy the Kemah Boardwalk Friday Night Summer Firework Displays/Summer Concerts, or if you are traveling for work and need a quiet place to stay to get some work done! Location: Kemah, Texas - 0.3 miles to the Kemah Boardwalk! WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Parking: We have room for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed in the home. Please be respectful of our pet policy. Party Policy: NO PARTIES are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if this is the intent of your trip. Age Requirement: Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire property. A charcoal grill with grilling utensils will be provided on the property. For FIRE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, we ask our guests to not grill on the wooden deck downstairs or under the carport, or to move the grill upstairs on the top decks. There is plenty of space in the backyard.
