Bring your family, group of friends to this great place with lots of room for sharing, celebrating, relaxing, enjoying nature. Hacienda is the remodeled and biggest house in the former La Posada de Santiago. The house has a huge garden and a balcony with great lakeview. From Hacienda it is 100 mtr to the lakeside facilities: pool jacuzzi, sauna, dock, kayaks, BBQ place, fire pit, yoga hut. These are shared by some 10 cottages. For people who want to relax and enjoy nature. NOT FOR PARTIES Other things to note 1. NO PARTY IN LA POSADA Please note that la Posada, and none of the houses are allowed to have parties. We have strict quiet time rules: 10pm to 8am. The community does not allow amplifiers, nor shouting, nor excessive drinking. Not even before 10pm. We don't want to ruin the experience of others and don't think that others should be disturbed by noise of neighbors. If you want to be outside and continue talking loud, please go to the dock or the Palapa at the lake side. Please tell us AND BEST THE GUARDIAN if you are bothered by the noise of others. However, although we try to control noise volume of La Posada, we have little control over the noise that comes from other houses around, or from the village or the street. Especially during holidays and local festivals you can hear noises and fireworks. 2. You are in NATURE and in a SUBTROPICAL environment. This means that you may encounter insects. None are dangerous. Our Cleaning Stars do all to have insect free houses, but these creatures are small and sometimes enter without our permission!! We ask for your understanding. 3. Please note, that from Casa Hacienda to the shore of the lake it is about 80-100 meters and you have to cross a road.
